Shipping: We offer the www.serpost.com.pe fares for worldwide shipping on individual items retail orders or more, sent by certified Peruvian Mail Service. For wholesale orders, please contact us via email to musasperuanas@gmail.com, we will provide detailed information about shipping fares.
Returns: If for any
reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your product in
original condition within 20 days to:

Returns
should be sent by certified Priority Mail for your protection. Please include
your purchase receipt with all returns. Shipping fees are not refundable. After
the return item is inspected, we will issue a refund you the amount of the purchase
price by Western Union or pay pal or way account indicated by email.
Important:
For custom
made orders, there are neither returns nor exchanges for a different item.

Sales Tax:
For all sales worldwide, sales tax will not be charged on your purchase. We are
required by law to collect 18% sales tax on orders shipped within Peru.
Availability:
As all our products are unique, handmade items upon request, orders are
processed within 1 to 2 weeks of receipt and may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.
You will then be informed by email with the expected date of arrival of your
purchase.
Insurance:
All our products are insured against damage. Contact us immediately if any
problems should arrive as claims must be made via email within 5 days of
receipt of an item. Please keep the original packaging with merchandise in its
original condition.
Jewelry
-Warranty: All our jewelry products are handmade in 950 fine Peruvian Silver as
indicated in every item description. In other cases, we use 18 Kt Peruvian Gold
as defined by the current law governing precious metals.
